Resume submission: You may submit the resume to Nitesh Agrico to apply for open jobs. However, applying for specifically one or more positions ensures prompt review and consideration as your resume is sent directly to the recruiter responsible for the opening. An on-line submission of your resume will be acknowledged by automatic mail from us. Your resume will remain active in our system so you may be considered for future openings that match your qualifications, unless you specifically request us to remove it from future consideration.

Phone Screening: Qualifying candidates may be called / emailed by a Nitesh Agrico recruiter to ask for additional information such as specific work experience, availability for interviews, interest in re-location, salary expectations etc.
Preliminary Screening: A Recruiter reviews the qualifications of candidates seeking consideration for a position and forwards the resumes of the most appropriate qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager. The Manager selects the candidates to be interviewed.
Scheduling of Interview: When a Hiring Manager asks to meet you, you will be contacted to arrange a time for your visit to our office. If you live far from our facility, we will make travel arrangements for you. If there is time before your visit, we will send you an Information Packet, which will include detailed directions, and Official Employment Application, which could be via postage, or internet.
Interview: When you arrive for your interview, we will discuss your application, explain the schedule for your visit and answer questions. At Nitesh Group, different offices have different practices, but you can expect to have 2-4 individual interviews. You will have a chance to share your detailed qualifications and know more about Nitesh Agrico, it’s future plans and work culture. Sometimes we need to ask candidates back for additional interviews before making a final decision. Candidates who get to the interview stage will be notified if another applicant fills the position.
Offer: If you are selected for a position, the HR Representative will convey a formal offer. The offer package will include starting salary and a summary of benefits. Normally we would expect your decision within a week.
